Born in Santa Rosa, California, Emmett Corman first learned the fundamentals of media production at his local high school's progressive video/multi-media ArtQuest program.

Since then he has earned a B.A.S. in Sound Arts at Ex'pression College where he received hands-on training from industry professionals in a diverse range of subjects such as recording, game audio, live sound, midi, music theory, and audio post-production.

Since Emmett joined Disher Music & Sound in 2006 he has had the opportunity to work as a sound editor, sound designer or mixer on many projects for TV, film, and radio. Some notable accomplishments include audio post-production work on the films All In This Tea by Les Blank and Gina Leibrecht, Jim Thorpe by Tom Weidlinger, and Ferlinghetti by Chris Felver.

In his spare time, Emmett is also performing DJ and electronic music producer.
