a Master's in Documentary Film, Paul Zahnley has worked in all aspects
of filmmaking: shooting, editing, location sound recording, and audio
post production.A ProTools user since its introduction a decade ago, he seamlessly integrates the complete array of audio tools available at Disher with this powerful platform. Paul is best known as a creative technician – he loves his work, whether it calls for creating the perfect sound effect, mixing the multiple tracks of a complicated commercial, or smoothing out difficult dialogue. He also has the distinction of having been inducted as a full member into the Cinema Audio Society, due to his many film credits, including work on the highly acclaimed, long-running documentary Surfing for Life.
